Use the Comet Cupboard
Eligibility
The Comet Cupboard is a free service.
All students currently enrolled at UT Dallas can use the Comet Cupboard. Each person may visit the Comet Cupboard once per week to shop and pick out up to six items*. Current UT Dallas staff should contact cupboard@utdallas.edu to use the Comet Cupboard.
*The number of items per week may vary depending on the time of the year and the inventory of the Comet Cupboard check Teams and Instagram for updates.
All users must bring their Comet Card and a reusable bag for every visit at the Comet Cupboard.
Operating Hours
Operating hours for the Spring 2025 semester will be:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Emergency Food Bags
During closure time, a Comet Cupboard user may request Emergency Food Bags. Please email cupboard@utdallas.edu with your dietary preferences, if applicable. Vegetarian, nut-free, and non-vegetarian Emergency Food Bags are available.
Required User Orientation video and Program Agreement
Any student who plans to visit the food pantry is required to watch our User Orientation video and complete the User Program Agreement prior to their first visit every academic year.
