Donate or Hold a Drive

Physical Items Donation 

The Comet Cupboard currently accepts donations of non-perishable, unexpired food items, personal care items and household care items. Items can be dropped off in the Comet Cupboard donation bins located inside the Eugene McDermott Library at MC 1.608.

The UT Dallas Police Department accepts donations 24-7 at their on-campus location. We also have several other on campus donation locations for your convenience:

Monetary Donation 

Make a tax-deductible monetary gift online using our online giving portal.

The Comet Cupboard accepts donations of cash or personal checks made out to UT Dallas. You may bring your donation to the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, located at 3000 Waterview Parkway, in the Synergy Park North Building (SPN 2.120), between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. You may also mail your check to:

Hold a Drive 

UT Dallas departments and student organizations, as well as any external group, can sponsor and participate in Comet Cupboard donation efforts. To host a food drive in support of the Comet Cupboard, please complete a Donation Drive form.
